The Three Sillies
Once upon a time, there were three silly men who lived in a small village in Africa. The first man was named Lazybones, and he was always too lazy to work. The second man was named Simpleton, and he was always too simple-minded to understand anything. The third man was named Lunkhead, and he was always too clumsy to do anything right.

One day, the three sillies decided to go on a journey to find a cure for their ailments. Lazybones wanted to find a cure for his laziness, Simpleton wanted to find a cure for his stupidity, and Lunkhead wanted to find a cure for his clumsiness.
The three sillies set off on their journey, and they soon came to a river. They decided to cross the river by building a raft, but Lazybones was too lazy to help, Simpleton was too stupid to understand how to build a raft, and Lunkhead was too clumsy to do anything right.
The three sillies were about to give up when they saw a talking frog. The frog told them that he could help them cross the river if they would give him a ride on their raft. The three sillies agreed, and the frog helped them to cross the river.
The three sillies continued on their journey, and they soon came to a forest. They decided to camp in the forest, but Lazybones was too lazy to gather firewood, Simpleton was too stupid to know how to build a fire, and Lunkhead was too clumsy to keep the fire going.
The three sillies were about to freeze to death when they saw a mischievous monkey. The monkey told them that he could help them to start a fire if they would give him some of their food. The three sillies agreed, and the monkey helped them to start a fire.
The three sillies continued on their journey, and they soon came to a mountain. They decided to climb the mountain, but Lazybones was too lazy to climb, Simpleton was too stupid to know how to climb, and Lunkhead was too clumsy to climb.
The three sillies were about to give up when they saw a wise old tortoise. The tortoise told them that he could help them to climb the mountain if they would help him to carry his shell. The three sillies agreed, and the tortoise helped them to climb the mountain.
The three sillies finally reached the top of the mountain, and they were overjoyed. They had found a cure for their ailments. Lazybones had learned to be more industrious, Simpleton had learned to be more intelligent, and Lunkhead had learned to be more coordinated.
The three sillies returned to their village, and they lived happily ever after.
The Three Sillies is a classic African folktale that teaches the importance of being kind and resourceful. It is a story that is enjoyed by people of all ages.
