The Latchstring Is Out is a powerful and inspiring memoir by Pierre Claver Ndacyayisenga, a Rwandan refugee who survived the 1994 Rwandan genocide and went on to become a successful businessman and philanthropist.

Ndacyayisenga's story is one of hope, resilience, and forgiveness. He was just 12 years old when the genocide began, and he witnessed the death of many of his family members and friends. He was forced to flee his home and spent the next several years living in refugee camps.

Despite the horrors he experienced, Ndacyayisenga never gave up hope. He eventually made his way to the United States, where he was able to rebuild his life. He went on to earn a college degree and become a successful businessman.

Ndacyayisenga's story is a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope. He is an inspiration to us all, and his story is a testament to the power of the human spirit.
